Step 2: Select a bundle pattern

Bundle Type Groups: Organized for Convenience



All the Bundles are divided into three distinct bundle groups, each tailored to specific sales strategies: Product Bundle, Volume/Quantity Discount and Mystery Box.
These groups are designed to help you quickly identify the type of bundle that best suits your needs, whether you’re looking to boost average order value, clear out inventory, or create engaging promotions.

Bundle with own product page

A bundle with its own product page means that after creation, the bundle will look like a regular Shopify product. It can be placed in any collection or at the home page and promoted like a regular product.

Cross-sell widget

Such a bundle doesn’t have its own page but is displayed as a widget on the pages of all products that are added to the bundle. Ideal for cross-selling and increasing AOV. Allows you to collect analytics on the best product combinations.

This group focuses on classic product bundling, where merchants can offer customers multiple items together at a discounted price. It’s perfect for upselling and cross-selling strategies, encouraging customers to purchase complementary products as a package deal.

The Volume/Quantity Discount group is tailored for merchants who want to use bulk purchases. This group allows store owners to offer tiered discounts based on the quantity of products a customer buys. It’s an effective way to encourage customers to add more items to their cart, boosting overall sales and clearing out inventory faster.

Mystery Box




The Mystery Box group adds an element of surprise and excitement to the shopping experience. Merchants can offer customers a selection of products in a “mystery box” format, where the exact items are revealed only after purchase. This strategy is perfect for creating buzz around new or seasonal products, and it’s a fun way to engage customers who enjoy a little thrill in their shopping.

Bundle as Product or Widget



Some of the patterns can be created as "Bundle As Product" and "Bundle as Widget".



Standard Bundle



Allows you to create an ordinary bundle of selected products. It can have both a separate page and be just a widget 'Frequently bought together'.

Mix and Match


It allows you to create a bundle with multiple products in one section, so customers can choose not just variants of the product, but choose between the products themselves.

Buy X Get Y


Allows you to set up a percentage discount for products and offer a free product (or several) at the same time, or set up a discount to create the bundle ‘Buy X Get Y with %’.
Also, for this type of bundle, the feature ‘Mix&Match products’ is available.

Offer your customers to buy two or more products and get another product for free (one or a choice from a selected list)

Collection Type


You can add a whole collection of products as a bundle component. Customers could select products from predefined collections to create their own bundle. Its widget will appear on the pages of bundled products.
You can configure on which collection pages to show or hide the bundle widget. Also, you can choose to hide the product selection button for a specific collection and quantity of products.

Product Pack


Allows you to create a bundle with one specific product in the specified quantity (from two or more copies).
It can have both a separate page and be just a widget 'Frequently bought together'.

Volume Discount


Allows set a different discount value depending on the products' quantity. As the main product, you can set several products, so customers could make a choice between products.

Multiple Product Volumes


Offer your customers a discount based on the number of multiple products purchased. You can add different products and set up the minimal quantity that your customer needs to buy for the bundle discount to be applied. Add different discount breakpoints based on your needs.

Let your clients create their own bundle using the new mini builder template! Specify minimum number of products that customer should buy, and also set the discount amount depending on the number of products purchased.
